How much time do you spend prepping breakfast?

In my case, I buy what I need the day before, for example, the avocado I’m going to eat, and I think about what I’m going to cook. Then I get up and I already know what I have to do. That means it only takes me about 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes I go to buy bread in the mornings and it takes me about 5 minutes longer. Some breakfasts are quicker to prepare, while others take longer. But the truth is, a good breakfast is an act of self-love.

I don’t usually have a heavy breakfast. Either I have whatever is in office or just drink a protein milkshake or something

I have a small but nourishing breakfast that can keep me full all morning. My breakfast choices vary from waffles with syrup and whipped cream on top. Other mornings, I’ll have protein-filled breakfast, such as egg whites, boiled eggs, biscuits, and maybe a sausage with an English muffin and beans if I’m feeling fancy. And for a beverage, I’ll either have coffee or tea (probably coffee). Prepping all these nourishing meals can vary from 5-15 minutes, so not that long. Hope this helps!

I’m a minimalist, so in order to prepare for a quick breakfast I often pre plan my meals the night before. Or simply eat a banana or a muffin. The easier the better.
