Setting aside time for a great breakfast can vary based on your schedule, but aim for at least 15-30 minutes. Preparing some elements in advance, like pre-made boiled eggs or overnight oats, can save time and ensure you have nutritious options ready. Shortcuts like instant oatmeal can also be healthy if you choose options with minimal added sugars. The key is to create a morning routine that allows you to enjoy a balanced breakfast, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.

I go for easy 2+ ingredient made food to eat like ( tosti’s with cheese or Yoghurt with fruit granula, honey and chia seeds or smoothies. It takes me between 5-20 min to prep it depends on the meal ofc.

It depends on my energy level that day. If it’s low I’ll go for oatmeal,if it’s medium I’ll boil some eggs and toast if it’s high I’ll make avocado toast with poached eggs.
