How much should I eat or does it vary for each person?
The amount you should eat for breakfast can vary greatly from person to person, depending on factors like age, activity level, and personal health goals. A balanced breakfast typically includes a mix of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates. Aim for portion sizes that leave you feeling satisfied but not overly full. Listening to your body and adjusting your portions as needed is key to developing lasting healthy habits. Remember, the goal is to create a meaningful morning ritual that energizes you for the day ahead.
From my non-professional view, I think it varies a lot depending on the person, regardless of this, there is a trick to not over-eat, this is: I know when Iām going to get full or not, so I just eat until a bit before of being full. Also is important to say that you can get full with healthy food, just not before bed, it steals quality on your sleep.
