I think it depends on your goals, your body, and just yourself in general. I work at a hospital as an Fsr and for people with diabetes we can only give them 60 carbs per meal because that is about the average amount people should have per meal. For weight loss the internet says 30-45 for women and 45-60 for men. As for protein I’ve seen a lot of people saying to try and eat at least 30 grams of protein for breakfast. I think this is a pretty good way to go by because having more protein per meals will keep you satisfied for longer. I don’t think you should worry to much about carbs in fruit by the way. My own personal opinion is to try and see what works for you. Sometimes people can’t stomach too much food in the morning or sometimes people need a big breakfast to feel satisfied for the day. Try and see what works for you. If you still feel confused there is websites that tell you this information. I mainly answered this question because I know sometimes everyone on the internet is saying completely opposite things to do. Listen to your body and find what works for you.
