How much excercise is recommended for a morning daily routine?

It depends on the person and what they enjoy. Some people go on an hour walk, some people run for 30 minutes. I do 20 minutes of yoga. Even 1 minute of your favorite exercise is enough for some people. It will change over time with your own needs and abilities as well. The most important thing is meeting yourself where you are at and finding something you enjoy.
