How much do you vary your breakfasts?
Varying your breakfasts can be a great way to keep your morning routine exciting and nutritious. Aim for a balance of proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains. Consider rotating between oatmeal, smoothies, eggs, and yogurt with fruit. This not only helps prevent boredom but also ensures you’re getting a range of nutrients. By creating a weekly breakfast plan, you can establish a meaningful ritual that supports your health goals and sets a positive tone for the day.
In that case I will say that I always vary my breakfast and I think it is a good habit. 1 week I eat oats and the other week milk and cereal, like that. It might keep me healthy. What is your opinion and your name?
I do a protein coffee then an hour later eat cottage cheese with fruit or a protein bar, on special occasions I might have protein waffles or eggs and some kind of breakfast meat or a bagel and smear
