How many times should I meditate per day? I’ve been meditating twice a day, dunno if it’s too much or too little. I suffer from anxiety.

Due to your anxiety, I feel like twice a day is just right! Remembering to breathe deeply throughout the day will also help a lot, if you imagine that all your worries leave your body with each exhale. I hope that when you’re meditating, you’re completely undisturbed by the outside world. It has to be only you and your mind 🙂
