I don’t actually use an app, I would like to though but what I usually do is listen to nature and the animals around me. Then I think about what I hear, feel, smell and taste. Then I I think about all the things I’m grateful about and what I love about myself! I hope this helped ❤️
I really like Calm! A lot of the stuff is locked behind the premium option, but it also has a fair amount of free content as well!
