Imagine yourself. Imagine where you want to be. Imagine what you want to feel like. Are you happy? Grateful? In love?
Good. Write it down. Read it everyday or as often as you like and try to imagine how that person who's thoughts and feelings you wrote down would handle the situations that you are in.
