Sure I have. My anxiety is getting a smaller and smaller monster and easier to control. Headaches fade away right after I exercise conscious breathing.
It helped me to have a clear mindset that provides me real guidance to plan for my life.
I've made a huge change in my life. I've travelled to another country alone that speaks a whole different language. I've changed my world. Meditating is my weapon, horse and armour. Withought it I'd be sunk in the swamp of depression.. Believe me.
