Is it normal to get asleep during meditation ?

Yes some people do fall asleep during meditation especially if you are drained or tired because you go into a deep relaxation. If you find that you are constantly falling asleep during meditation then you should sit upright and it will help you not to fall asleep because you’re a bit more uncomfortable.
