I know doctors recommend 30 minutes of medium to difficult activity 5 days a week. I think this can feel like a lot to someone that is just getting started.
Start out with a small change to get where you need to be. Choose at activity you think you might enjoy that will get your heart rate going. Biking is something I enjoy and I’ve biked routinely for a few days consistently. I have really enjoyed playing pickleball. I like hiking. The stair stepper is an exercise I really enjoy. Some of these activities feel out of reach. They are difficult to add into my environment today. I think it might be useful to review other activities that can be more easily done in the winter. My brother will watch TV while walking up hill on the treadmill. I can start to do that again.

Try with basic movements if you are not into exercising at least 3 days a week and try to do it in the morning, if not it’s okay.
