How many times a week do you workout
The ideal frequency for working out varies based on individual goals and fitness levels. Generally, aiming for at least 3 to 5 times a week is effective for building lasting healthy habits. It’s important to create a routine that includes a mix of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises. Listen to your body, and ensure you incorporate rest days to allow for recovery. Establishing a consistent workout schedule can help you develop meaningful daily rituals that contribute to your overall well-being.
I do some kind of workout 3 times a day no matter what I have going on because if I miss a workout I feel like I have let myself and others down so I work hard to do 3 workouts a day.
I work out 5 days a week, but am active 7. I feel it’s good to get up and move every day even if you aren’t sweating enough to make it a workout. Taking time to move your body helps the emotions and stress flow through and out of your body.
