How many times a week do you regularly work out?

I don't work out, I simply exercise whenever I have the ocasion. My body tells me when it needs movement, and I give it what it desire and deserves. I find "regular" work out at the gym to be way too brutal for me, so I stick to a 10 minuge stretch routine, some yoga and some qi gong exercises as often as I can, which usually happens every day or every other day.
