After 3-4 walks of 15-30 minutes with the dog a day I don’t really feel like going to the gym to excersise. How can I motivate myself?

If you feel tired after walking may be it’s your body telling you to stop? May be increasing diet calories is the right place to start.
If that’s not the case, I club my workout with something that cannot be avoided.
I go to gym after dropping my daughter to school, before I come back home
