How do you push yourself when you’re already worn out and tired from a long day?

You be honest with yourself about how you’re feeling and give by ourself permission to turn the dial down. But NOT OFF!

As human’s with a mindset of progression = success, we sometimes don’t allow ourselves to dial down our efforts when we most need to because somewhere deep down, we believe it but o be a sign of failure. But this is not only stressful but counter-productive.

So if you’re doing 30 press ups every morning but today you’re feeling extra sluggish, allow yourself to dip to 5, and congratulate yourself for being kind to yourself. Don’t be a bully!

Be like water and follow the path of least resistance. Don’t force the flow, but keep it going!!
