How to get motivated to exercise?

When we are stiff or tired we automatically stretch, and that helps even if only for a moment.
When we exercise we start by stretching and then by stimulating our muscles like we would our minds through reading, conversation and games only in the form of physical activity.
When we exercise we challenge our muscles to learn practice and master new skills and strengths. Our bodies need exercise as much as our minds need stimulation only our bodies' way of communicating is different.
Each body is also unique much like each mind.
By exercising we are and if we can eating right we are helping our bodies to function properly and grow strong to support us in our daily lives.
It doesn't mean we won't get sick or hurt but more that our body is then better equipped to handle and weather each storm that comes around.
Think of this and try a week long exercise routine and imagine how that will improves your life.

The best way to get motivated to exercise is to set a goal and determine why exercising is important towards achieving that goal. Find something that makes you feel passionate about waking up and getting it done.

Я сравнивала мои ощущения до тренировки и после. И поняла что после тренировки состояние мне нравится больше чем до. Поэтому я стала делать тренировки чаще. Даже если это только 5 минут, я вовсе равно чувствую разницу.
Меня мотивирует мое спокойствие и расслабленность после тренировок.
