Are group exercise classes more effective than an at home practice? Is it worth it to pay for yoga when there are hundreds of free yoga videos from Yoga with Adriene?

I think it’s definitely better do to yoga as a group since it definitely motivates you to be in an environment/surrounding where yoga is what people are coming in to do. Since it’s also a group, there’s several people there that are able to cheer you on, and them aswell since everyone has the same goal but I believe it becomes an embarrassment or even shame if you experience that you lack the flexibility and it may want you to not participate. If you’re dedicated and have enough willpower I believe it’s enough to stay at home and do it but have some people who can help you with your journey or even do it with you. In other case scenarios maybe even do an online yoga session! Conclusion: I believe it’s better with group yoga if you’re an individual that has problems with starting yourself and you don’t have enough willpower but if you’re the opposite and you do then home yoga is definitely fine.
