Hi! I completely understand and I do very similar things! Something that I’ve been trying recently is picking 3 achievable things for the day. It’s useful to have a big to-do list so you can remember everything, but it’s unrealistic to try and complete everything on a big list! So, as I said, maybe choose up to 3 manageable goals for the day and you’re more likely to be able to tick them off. I hope this helps!
