How do you get back on track when your routine is disrupted?

I take my time and reflect on what changed,then start again small, and moving forward step by step and knowing that it’s normal for your routine to get disrupted but I try to make sure every time I return faster and better

Normally, I just know that the next thing that I have to do is the next thing from the list. I have more things in my morning routine like smiling and morning toilet.
