The trick is to switch it up. Most days I do strength training bodyweight exercises. It takes me 7 minutes. I stretch for a minute every week day. Going on a 10 minute walk is also fine. Go with what works best for you.

I love all three of them! Doing sun salutations two times every day already helped me improve my flexibility. You could also turn up your favorite song, just let go and dance. Or you pick your favorite three to five stretches and hold them for 30 seconds each. Doesn’t take long but you’ll soon see some improvement and maybe also feel better.
