How long do you spend exercising each day and each week?
The amount of time you spend exercising each day and week can vary based on your fitness goals and current lifestyle. Generally, aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week, spread out over several days. It’s essential to create a routine that fits your schedule and feels enjoyable, allowing you to build lasting healthy habits. Remember, consistency is key in developing meaningful daily rituals that support your overall well-being.
I don’t know how long I spend exercising each day. I’m less worried about 'exercise', per se, and far more concerned with activity. You really only need to push your body a little at a time to change it for the better. If I had to guess, I’d say I don’t *exercise* for more than fifteen minutes daily right now since I’m just starting. But I also don’t sit around all day after. I keep moving throughout the day, and I think that’s what really matters.
