I do an indoor workout if it’s raining. If it’s cold I lair up and work out. If I’m injured I pick a light workout that’s not heavy on what’s injured. It’s all about perseverance and finding the bright side of things!
Read, reading always makes me feel better. It’s calming and knowledgeable at the same time. I read a lot of mystery novels so reading gives me the same thrill as working out. If not reading you could always listen to music.
Only a certain part of body is probably injured, so just exercise those that arent, the climate changes should'nt affect you, you can always exercise inside.
