How intense should your morning exercise be?

The goal of the morning exercise is to energize you. So it should be kept light and short. Don't expend too much energy into it.

I always exercise in the morning. I feel that when I exercise that day it makes my body fresh and excited for the whole day

Quit while you are ahead. Just do enough to get yourself moving and energised but dont exhaust yourself. You want it to jumpstart your day and give you energy not tire you out to the point of needing extended rest after it

It all depends on how long you have been exercising. It's been a while since I actually exercised before starting with fabulous, so I start easy and will gradually increase the intensity.
