Start small. Start with exercising for 5 minutes a day and gradually work your way up to a larger goal. Even if you don’t feel like you can commit to every day. Maybe you can do 3 times a week. Get really good at 3 times a week for 5 minutes and grow from there. A small step is still a step. Praying for you in your exercise journey. Jesus loves you and so do I!
