What type of exercise would you recommend for beginners? I’m very curious to find something that fits the stage of my fitness.

Walking is an easy thing to that doesn’t require much experience. Walking around the house a couple times, down the street, even just recognizing those moments where you’re out and about and are walking can all count towards exercise.

I start with walking is best exercise for beginners unless talking about lifting weights start with light weights then work your way up.
