Take advantage of what the school has to offer. More schools are investing in physical as well as mental health. Check out the gym, pool, walking trails, and anything that campus life can provide as a resource. This will offer not only the space to exercise but also a chance to connect with others. Workout with a buddy to help keep you accountable. And lastly, work it into a routine. Using Fabulous has been a great help.
