Honestly it can be challenging at times but it requires discipline and goal setting for what is important not only to you but your families well-being as well. It is a ripple effect.So I used to wonder how I could do it. So every morning ( very early)before I get out of bed I do abdomen workout,( 60 )and leg lifts and a few push ups. Now it has been a whole year and it is apart of my daily routine along with whatever else is needed ( like Denise Austin ten minute workout)but some exercise is better than none!
