Is it ok to take a break from exercising for just one day

I feel that it depends on the circumstances. If you have the stomach flu, you should take a break from exercise. If you are feeling unmotivated, or have a small cold, you can modify your exercise to be a walk instead of a run, and then still run if you end up feeling like it. But it is important to always do some exercose to keep a habit of taking care of your body.
