How can I exercise after working a night shift?

Playing uplifting music loudly getting some light if possible, drink coffee and do an at home workout on apps, on Echo devices or on the tv.

If you really want to exercise after working a night shift, do low impact workouts and it's better if you do it 4 hours before your bedtime (so your stress hormones wont be active)

I also tried to do that for a while, now I just workout whenever across the days but the nighttime is a great time to exercise and decompress, put a music playlist on and workout a specific part of your body everyday after washing your teeth for 15 minutes (or less).

Push yourself but don’t tire yourself out.
