I feel good when I do exercise, if I am not doing exercise , the energy always getting low. So I can understand the difference . And the day to day activities will be easier , hormones will be balanced and mind is stable & focused. End of the or between two weeks I realize how important doing exercise everyday. I wish everyone to be healthy and Happy.
Whenever my spirits are low I take that day off and skip the workout. But I keep telling myself that I don't want to regret the same tomorrow. I make sure not to skip the same thing more than twice, if I still feel low I just do something alternate such as walking some distance or doing acrobatics walk at home.
