How do yo measure how consistent your exercise habit is.

I measure my exercise habit
by keeping a track record of my workouts .You can do it in your journal or by downloading a habit tracker app

Firstly, Consistency is more important than it's measure. But, while computing with yourself, you can say that when you were waiting for today's morning to happen just so you could exercise was the 'best' measure. When you did exercise as a part of your routine, it was 'better'. When you just stretched yourself to maintain that streak, you continued a 'good' consistency.

I literally those exercise apps that have the streak features.
If I'm using YouTube video workouts or workouts sheets I document it on my Google calendar or on a habit app.
The last method is seeing results but I'm not really looking for fast results, I'm more of a slow "trust the process" type of person but sometimes the results can be measured in months like June's results versus July's results
