How do deal with pain during your workouts (especially when you’re just getting started) ?

It either could be from improper form, to heavy of weight or lactic acid buildup in the muscles. Also depends on what type of pain. A burning is lactic acid and sometimes helps to practice breathing techniques during your set to release the acid. If a sharp pain it could be improper form or too heavy of a weight. Always stretch before during and after to keep the muscles loose. Hope this helps.
