As a working teenager with 3 siblings, it is tough to find time to exercise. I have no idea when to do it or what to do.
Finding time to exercise as a busy teenager can be challenging, but it’s important to prioritize your health. Consider short, effective workouts that can fit into your schedule, such as 15-20 minute sessions. Try to incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, like walking or biking to school, or doing quick exercises during breaks. Establishing a consistent time, even if it’s just a few days a week, can help create a lasting habit. Remember, every little bit counts towards your fitness goals!
I would suggest working out in the morning when you wake up. That way you won’t be bothered by your siblings and you’ll get your exercise out of the way. Maybe try a 15-30 minute dancing workout to keep things fun
