Hi Fabulous User! Generally 1- 2 eggs you can eat per day. But If you want to maintain your cholesterol level or if you have high cholesterol, it is suggested to eat 4- 5 eggs per week. If you’re doing cardio or exercising a lot, you could consult a nutritionist for better advice. I hope this helps!
