How many eggs can one eat in one meal without eating too many and is there a condition that can affect your health adversely from overeating eggs over time?

Hi Fabulous User! Generally 1- 2 eggs you can eat per day. But If you want to maintain your cholesterol level or if you have high cholesterol, it is suggested to eat 4- 5 eggs per week. If you're doing cardio or exercising a lot, you could consult a nutritionist for better advice. I hope this helps!

Two-three eggs in one meal and as a maximum for the whole day are what I believe to be fine. Overeating eggs can lead to high/increased cholesterol which can be bad for the heart.
