I usually eat two whenever I feel like eating eggs at all 🤷🏻♀️. If I eat too much eggs and its a constant variable in my diet it makes me feel like im gonna throw up. One egg for breakfast just doesn’t get me fed enough so I add another one. I think its a personal preference but I wouldnt go over 2 a day
