How many different breakfast recipes do you have so that you aren’t experiencing decision paralysis, but also change up enough to stick to it?
To avoid decision paralysis while enjoying a great breakfast, aim for a rotation of 5-7 different recipes. This variety keeps your mornings exciting and helps you stick to the habit of eating a nutritious breakfast. Consider themes for each day, such as smoothie bowls on Mondays, oatmeal on Tuesdays, or egg dishes on Wednesdays. This approach creates meaningful daily rituals and supports your goal of developing lasting healthy habits. Remember, consistency is key to forming routines that guide you towards success!
I usually keep 2-3 in rotation, 1 being something i can prep ahead and use quickly when I’m in a rush in the morning, and 1-2 that are simple but nicer for more relaxed mornings.
Breakfast doesn’t depend on decision paralysis, it’s how much time do you have to eat and how much you want to eat for the type of day you have. If you get up with just enough time for bacon and eggs and some fresh fruit, that’s pretty much a guaranteed go-to for any day.
