I don’t really measure it by time. I usually just get a routine I like and do that for as long as it feels good, or I follow along with a video on yoga/stretching. You can feel rushed and not relaxed and energized if you measure it. Just spend however long feels good on each stretch

A few minutes of stretching everyday is all but I should be stretching for an hour or more everyday. Stretching would help me a lot as my sciatic nerve is quite unhappy.
