How long should a stretching session be to get your engine started at the beginning of the day?

I personally find that a 10 min stretch in the morning works the neat but if you can aim for longer that’s amazing. If you don’t have time in the morning for a 10 min one I suggest a 5 min one. You com find loads of videos on YouTube.
