Including prep time, eating, not rushing and cleaning up pragmatically would take me 45 minutes for a quick and simple breakfast. If it was something elaborate then 1 hour 30 minutes.
Depending on the type of day that is in store, breakfast time is flexible. Breakfast is now part of my grounding practice and it keeps my body physically within predictable conditions to cope with the rest of the day.

I generally do intermittent fastin, so I skip breakfast, which, I think is more determination than having one – even a great one. But when I do have a great breakfast, it doesn’t take long to prepare and eat, approx 30 min.
