How long does it take you to have a healthy breakfast in the morning?
The time it takes to have a healthy breakfast can vary depending on your routine and meal choices. On average, a nutritious breakfast can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes to prepare and enjoy. To create a lasting habit, consider planning your breakfast the night before or prepping ingredients in advance. This way, you can establish a meaningful morning ritual that sets a positive tone for your day and supports your overall health goals.
I generally do intermittent fastin, so I skip breakfast, which, I think is more determination than having one - even a great one. But when I do have a great breakfast, it doesn’t take long to prepare and eat, approx 30 min.
Including prep time, eating, not rushing and cleaning up pragmatically would take me 45 minutes for a quick and simple breakfast. If it was something elaborate then 1 hour 30 minutes. Depending on the type of day that is in store, breakfast time is flexible. Breakfast is now part of my grounding practice and it keeps my body physically within predictable conditions to cope with the rest of the day.
