How long does it take for your gums to go back to normal once you start routinely flossing?

I think it depends on the health of your gums to begin with. Mine aren’t healthiest and started routinely flossing to help combat the gum recession that I have. If your gums are still inflamed even after regularly flossing and brushing, go see your dentist. It could be a sign of a health issue.
