Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Flossing is an essential part of maintaining oral health, and it’s recommended to floss at least once a day. Establishing a daily ritual, such as flossing after brushing your teeth, can help you create a lasting habit. Remember, consistency is key to forming healthy routines, so find a time that works best for you to incorporate flossing into your daily self-care practices. By doing so, you not only improve your dental hygiene but also contribute to your overall well-being.

I try to floss at least once a day. Twice on an awesome day lol sometimes I do it zero times but then make sure I do it first thing the next morning. My gums are way healthier now and less sensitive since I made it a part of my daily routine
