How long do you usually stretch?

I usually give each stretch about 20-30 seconds and the whole process takes me about 10 minutes. Sometimes I'll do a quicker 10-second version of all the stretches, but of course I feel better after the full routine.

In the morning and night I stretch for atleast 10 minutes and I strive for 20. Stretching is very important as your body puts your mind at peace and removes all stress for a period of time. It’s very relieving and I recommend not to stretch any less than 10 minutes because anything less wont be as efficient 🙂 !

Depends, when i'm in a hurry, i normally stretch for a minute. Although I try to stretch for at least 5 minutes before I go to sleep.
