Actually.. I don’t exercise in the morning… I prefer the evening time for exercise…. just 6-7 workout postures movement…. and 1 yoga posture stretch …. Well I think it’s better to fix the schedule for exercise as per our convenient time because it’s not just about getting done with it … but how you are doing it…that’s all matters…..
And select the exercise according to your current fitness need…..according to your current fitness problem ….. !
