The intensity of your exercise should align with your fitness goals, current fitness level, and overall health. It’s beneficial to incorporate a mix of light, moderate, and high-intensity workouts into your routine. Listening to your body is key—if you’re feeling fatigued, a lighter session may be more appropriate. Remember, consistency is crucial for developing lasting healthy habits, so find a balance that keeps you motivated and engaged in your daily rituals.

The thing is with me, workouts put more of a mental strain on me than a physical. Even if i want to go all out actually starting the process of going all out and pushing as hard as I can is hard, but I found a trick that works for me is to set some sort of goal for myself, like run from there to there in x amount of time. Automatically, to accomplish that goal I’ll push myself. Which better helps me understand my limitations keeping me grounded and reminding me im not a super hero
