How have you noticed your stretches affecting your flexibility?

My flexibility has increased, but what I notice more is that soreness takes longer to settle into my body, and is stretched out more easily as time passes

Yes, i have noticed more flexibility. After just a few days of stretching in the morning, night and after i exercise i’ve recovered more from my exercise routines and suffered less muscle soreness overall. I am even close to not just touching my toes but bending forward and placing my hands flat on the ground so stretching just a few minutes everyday can be incredibly beneficial.

It makes all the difference. Exercising without stretching makes me even less flexible. Stretching helps me get more range so I exercise better.
