Stretching helps me in every way, especially when I do it early in the morning… it relieves stress, tension and pain from my body, makes me more limber and gives me ease of movement in everything I do. I teach stretch class but when I do not have a class to teach, I stretch a minimum of 4 minutes in the morning and then I stretch for a few minutes several other times during the day. 🙂

It has helped me during the day moatly with less pain around my body (back, neck and shoulders mostly). It is relaxing to do daily and not to difficult to make it in the morning as soon as I wake up.
