How hard is your exercise if you really repeat it daily? Or do you prefer doing different things – maybe once yoga, once running and once a little dancing or swimming – on different days?

I block 30 minutes everyday first thing in the morning for exercise no matter what I do everyday. In this 30 minutes I target 3-5 kilometres walk or Run based on my mood

I think being able to move your body consistently is the most important part. I definitely enjoy activities over a gym routine but going to the gym every day helps me stay consistent
