How do you warm up before a stretch?
Warming up before a stretch is essential for preparing your muscles and preventing injury. Start with light aerobic activity, like brisk walking or jogging, for 5-10 minutes to increase blood flow. Follow this with dynamic movements, such as arm circles or leg swings, to engage your muscles and joints. This routine not only enhances flexibility but also sets a positive tone for your stretching session. Remember, a proper warm-up is a key ritual in developing lasting healthy habits and routines.

I usually get up to do something and then mid way through I will start stretching while motivating myself by knowing that when Im done I can continue what I was previously doing.
