I choose dishes that already contain fruits and vegetables. For example, oatmeal with fruit. Instead of water, I sometimes drink homemade lemonade without sugar. After breakfast, I eat at least one piece of fruit.

I keep easy fruits (nothing that has to be peeled ie. Bananas & oranges) in a bowl front and center in my kitchen so if I'm hungry it's easily accessible and it doesn't spoil in some dark corner of the fridge before I notice it
